4. Installation failure

Sometimes, you may get the error below during installation.

Click the “Details” button and find the “ERROR DETAILS”.

You may find the solution by searching for the error message(s) on Google or else send the

error messages to Acano support.

Note: sometimes, an installation failure can be fixed by simply deleting the folder under

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0
