12.3 WebRTC Client Call Drops

One of the causes of such issues could be a firewall closing TCP connections - does it make any

difference where the end user is network-wise?

If you are able to reproduce the problem, take a wireshark trace on the PC running Chrome, but

use 'tcp' as a capture filter to avoid capturing all the UDP media traffic to see if there is anything

at a network level that could be causing this.

Also enable the Javascript console in Chrome (Ctrl-Shift-J on Windows). Right-click on it and

make sure Preserve Log on Navigation' is selected. Then when the call does drop send us the

log from this console as well as the wireshark trace.
